The surgery was amazing. I was completely scared and hyperventilating. There were some complications with my uterus and other organs from the prior c-section, so the operation was longer than anticipated and more surgery, which means more of a recovery.Owen had a bunch of brown hair. It is beautiful and I hope it doesn't fall out.
This baby looks and acts nothing like Aiden. Or us for that matter. We may have a DNA test just to make sure he's ours.

Aiden meeting Owen. It was absolutely precious. Aiden came over and I told him that we got the baby out of my tummy. Aiden said, "Good Job!" Aiden was soft with the baby asked to hold him for a second and then got tired of him and moved on.
We are very excited to have this new addition to our family. Thank you everyone for your warm wishes, visits, help and new baby clothes. Owen was very concerned about having to remain naked once he arrived.While I'm recovering and am still on drugs, we would still love help with Aiden or meals...

So cute, I need to come hold him again, it reminds me that the bruising kicks in my belly are worth it!
What a little cutie! I don't think he hardly looks a think like Aiden, but I really do think he looks exactly like you and Josh mixed together (so does Than). I even suggested to Than that you should have named him Joshua Emily Aune - JK. I can't wait to meet him and I'm glad things turned out okay for you. Is your Relief Society bringing meals? Are you getting help?

I love his name -- LOVE IT! Aiden and Owen. That sounds so cute. Way to go Emily -- you are incredible. He is beeeeautiful.... like his mama.... :)
